How can I migrate from Windows to the Web application?

If you are currently using the Multi-Terr desktop, you do not need to create an account, your information is automatically available in the new application.

Step 1

If you already have a user and password for the web application 5.5.6 or 6.0 (on app.multi-terr.com) go to step 2.

From the Desktop application, go to the Website tab and click on the Password Admin menu
Click on the Activate button, and take note of the Login and Password

Step 2

This step is to make sure that all your data is available in the web application

From the Desktop application, go to the Website tab and click on the Synchronise menu
Note: if you are not prompted to sync, it means your data is up-to-date

Step 3

Start using the new web application

Sign in with the admin login and password you noted in Step 1. The first time you connect, you will be guided through a short setup to configure the application for your congregation.

These instructions apply to version 5.5.6 or 6.0. If you are using an earlier version, please contact us at support@multi-terr.com

Creating an account dedicates a unique and private database for your congregation. Credentials to other users will be provided by your congregation's administrator.
