Categories help to quickly identify or filter addresses. For example: Night worker, Senior citizen home, etc.
If congregations of different languages share your congregation boundaries, add the languages to filter addresses in house to house and exchange information.
If your congregation uses the full features, your secretary has entered the publishers, so you may skip this step.
If you import your territories, you may skip this step as the import will automatically create them.
