Open Publisher Availability
From Meetings, go to General, then Publisher Availability.

Review who's marked unavailable
See availability publishers have set for themselves (via My Availability, u_availability), from the scheduling side.
How is this different from My Availability?
My Availability (u_availability) is where each publisher sets their own; this is the overseer-facing view used when scheduling around it.
