Language Editor is only available to approved translators. If you would like to become one, contact the support team to request translator access.
2
Choose your language tab
Each language you are approved to edit appears as its own tab. English is always shown for reference but cannot be edited.
3
Edit a translation
Each row shows the key, the English reference text, and an editable box for your language. Rows are highlighted if they are empty or still identical to English.
4
Use the filter or warnings toggle
Search for a specific key, or use Display warnings only to jump straight to untranslated or unreviewed rows.
5
Save your changes
Save applies every edited row at once. Each change is recorded in history, so it can be undone later if needed.
6
Undo a change
Rows with a history icon can be reverted individually to their previous value.
Why can I not see or edit English?
English is the reference language all translations are compared against, so it is shown but never editable here.
What does a row highlighted as "same as English" mean?
The text has not actually been translated yet - it is just showing the English value as a placeholder.
Can I undo a change after saving?
Yes, rows with a previous saved value show an undo icon to revert just that one row.
How do I get access to this page?
Contact the support team to request becoming an approved translator - access and which languages you can edit are both granted individually.
Can I edit every language?
Only the ones you have been specifically approved for. If you are approved for all languages, every tab is editable; otherwise only your assigned ones are.
