Auxiliary Pioneering this month?
Switch on "Auxiliary Pioneer this month" to reveal the hours table. If your secretary already assigned you, this is switched on and locked, marked Assigned.

Just switch on "Participated in the ministry" if you shared in the ministry that month.

Enter your hours
Pioneers: pick a day, enter hours, click + Add row for more entries. Credits (regular pioneers only) and Bible Studies go below the table. If you attended a theocratic school or class this month, enter those hours in the Theocratic School/Class Credit field — it's separate from Credits and isn't capped at 55 hours.

Save or Submit
Save keeps a draft you can still edit. Submit to Secretary is final and only available from the 26th of the month through the 7th of the next month.

After submitting
The card shows Submitted. Once your secretary submits it to the branch, it locks completely (Branch) and can no longer be edited.
Why can't I edit last month's report anymore?
Reports can only be submitted between the 26th of the month and the 7th of the following month. Outside that window, or once your secretary submits it to the branch, it's locked.
What does the "Assigned" badge next to Auxiliary Pioneer mean?
Your secretary set you as an auxiliary pioneer for that month. You can't turn it off yourself — talk to your secretary if this looks wrong.
I'm a regular pioneer and reported 52.75 hours — what happens to the .75?
It's not lost. On submit, only the whole number (52) counts toward that month; the 0.75 automatically carries over as a starting entry on the 1st of next month.
What's the difference between Save and Submit?
Save = draft, editable anytime the month is open. Submit = final, sent to your secretary, and read-only afterward.
Why does a past month show a "Modify" button instead of the normal form?
That report was entered directly by the secretary or via a reminder link, not through this page. Use Modify to open the original entry link if you need to change it.
What's the difference between Credits and Theocratic School/Class Credit?
Credits cover approved assignments and count toward your 55-hour monthly cap together with your hours. Theocratic School/Class Credit is separate — it's always added on top, with no cap.
