Open Sphere Dashboard
Manage the custom links available to add to the Sphere Phone App home screen.

Add a link
Enter a name and URL, then tap Add.

Edit or remove a link
Change a link title, URL, or active status, then Save - or use Delete to remove it entirely.

Toggle a link status
Use the switch next to a link to activate or deactivate it without deleting it.
Where do these links show up?
As custom tiles that can be added on the Sphere Phone App by anyone in the congregation, using its + button.
What does deactivating a link do, versus deleting it?
Deactivating hides it without losing the saved title/URL, so you can reactivate it later. Deleting removes it permanently.
Can regular publishers add these links themselves?
No, only an admin with access to this page can add or manage the list - publishers can only use links that are already added here.
