Open Deactivated
From Territories, go to Territories Management, then Deactivated.

Review deactivated territories
These are territories intentionally taken out of normal circulation (for example, no longer worked, or on hold).

Reactivate if needed
Use the reactivate control, if available, to bring one back into normal circulation.
Why would a territory be deactivated instead of deleted?
Deactivating keeps its history and address data intact while removing it from active assignment - useful if it might come back into use later.
