Geocode Reset

Requires: Territory Servant or delegated right

From Territories, go to Addresses, then Geocode Reset.

Find the address whose map location (geocode) needs to be recalculated or corrected.

Trigger the reset - this recalculates where the address plots on the map.

When would I need this?

When an address is pinned in the wrong spot on the map, or its location failed to resolve automatically.
