Open Divide
From Territories, go to Territories Management, then Divide.

Select the territory to split
Choose the territory to break up into two or more.

Assign addresses to the new territories
Split the addresses between the resulting territories, then confirm.
When would I divide a territory?
Typically when it's grown too large to work comfortably as a single unit.
