From Territories, go to Distribution, then History.

Search/filter to see past check-outs and check-ins for a specific territory, or everything a given publisher has worked.
How far back does history go?
As far back as check-in/check-out records exist for your congregation in the system.
Can I use this to see how long a territory has been sitting untouched?
Yes - the dates recorded here are the basis for identifying territories that haven't been worked in a while.
