From Territories, go to Addresses, then Street Name Standardization.

The tool surfaces street names that look like the same street written inconsistently (abbreviations, spelling, capitalization).

Apply the corrected/consistent version across matching addresses.

Does this rename the actual street, or just fix data entry?

It's a data-cleanup tool for how the street name is recorded in your addresses, not a change to the real-world street.
